New York, NY - Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Garnett and Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard were punished by the NBA on Tuesday for their actions in Monday nights game. Garnett has been suspended one game without pay for initiating the altercation and head-butting Howard, who was fined $15,000 for pushing Garnett in the neck area. But coach Chip Kelly left open the possibility that Foles could win the job if he plays and performs well.
